1. Limited of liability for missing and damage items

Patis Laundry will not be responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the cleaning process tear,split of seam, losses of buttons / sequins / pins / jewelry, elastic damage, fading of colors, color-bleeding, shrinkage, pleated fabric damage, items left in pocket or leather items damage.

2. Items requiring more concern must be clearly separated, labeled.

3. Before sending the items for laundry please kindly informed that we don't accept any of clothes with blood stains, feces stains, vomit, mouldy they will be automatically removed from other items and return back to the customer.
